These highly prized mushrooms are referred to by many as pine cone mushrooms, sponge mushrooms, and morchella. These are wild foraged from the USA. Do not drink alcohol with this mushroom. Cook to 165 degrees. To reconstitute: Rinse morels; soak in cold liquid for 20 minutes or in the fridge overnight; strain before use.
